Family rooms & Balcony rooms available. Three ground level rooms and four upstairs. (All linen and towels supplied).                                                                                                           2. Deluxe  Courtyard units all on ground level, with ensuite, split sys. rev. cyc. airconditioning, LCD Digital TV, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, toaster and kettle, cutlery & crockery, table & chairs, most units with Queen bed and sofa lounge. Cancellation Policy: (PEAK) Less than 21 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights tariff. Less than 14 days but more than 7 days, 50% deposit non refundable. Less than 7 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.  (OFF PEAK) Less than 14 days but more than 7 days, cancellation fee equal to 1 nights tariff. Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to arrival, 50 % deposit non refundable. Less than 48 hours full payment required.    (ALL BALANCE PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON ARRIVAL).

ALL BOOKINGS MADE FOR PEAK PERIODS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 50% CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT (at the time of booking). Credit card details will  be required to confirm all bookings and in the event of any damage to motel property, will be used to recoup costs and/or replacement.
