1. Standard rooms include ensuite, airconditioning, TV, tea/coffee making, refrigerator, hairdryer and table and chairs.  Most rooms with queen sized beds. 3 on ground level, 4 upstairs. Family rooms & Balcony rooms available.                                                                                                                 2. Deluxe  units all on ground level, with ensuite, split sys. aircond., LCD Digital TV, phone, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, toaster and kettle, cutlery & crockery, table & chairs, most units with Queen bed and sofa. Family rooms available (sleep 4). All units open onto courtyard garden .

Cancellation Policy: (PEAK) 28-21 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights tariff. Less than 21 days and more than 14 days 50% deposit non refundable. Less than 14 days prior to arrival full payment is required.         (OFF PEAK) Less than 14 days and more than 7 days, cancellation fee equal to 1 nights tariff. Less than 7 days but more than 48hrs prior to arrival 50 % deposit non refundable. Less than 48 hours full payment required.                  (ALL BALANCE PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON ARRIVAL).

ALL BOOKINGS MADE FOR PEAK PERIODS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 50% CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT (at the time of booking). Credit card details will be required to confirm all bookings and in the event of damage to motel property will be used to recoup costs and/or replacements.
